Somatic Embodiment & Pleasure Alchemy
As a holistic healing guide deeply influenced by my mentors at The Embody Lab, SoulWork, Ignite Yoga and various other schools, my approach to mind-body wellness is a unique fusion of science, experience and intuition.
Together, we'll explore a rich tapestry of practices including nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic practices, parts work, movement and other mindfulness techniques.
In our sessions, we'll delve into the art of polyvagal theory, unlocking your body's natural capacity for self-regulation and building resilience against life's stresses and emotional challenges. Breathwork becomes more than just an exercise; it's a transformative tool leading to psychological and physiological clarity and a sense of profound awareness.
Somatic healing is a journey towards embodying change, deepening your self-awareness, and allowing emotional expression to flow freely.

These sessions are custom tailored for YOU-- whether you want to focus on sex, intimacy, love, relationships or business, or a combination of everything, we will move in a direction and at a pace that feels good for you.

I believe it is our birthright to feel safe in our bodies and to enjoy life's pleasures. This all starts by creating a conversation with the mind and the body... Let's get to know all of your parts so you can have a loving relationship with your most expansive self and start living a life of magical deliciousness. <3

Somatic Plant Medicine Integration
The impact of plant medicine extends well beyond the ceremonial space. It's in the integration of these profound experiences where we truly begin to transform. This phase is about bridging your intentions with the lessons and insights from the experience into your daily life, shaping your journey of self-discovery and growth to become part of your lived embodiment.
It’s not uncommon for plant medicine experiences to trigger traumatic memories. Without proper care and understanding, this can lead to re-traumatization, a growing concern within the plant medicine community. My hope is to spread awareness and care to minimize the impacts of these experiences through reparative care.

Guided by the wisdom of my teacher Atira Tan, the aim of working with me in somatic integration and preparation sessions is to ensure that the insights from your sacred medicine journey become a lived reality, not just transient experiences. This nurturing space is created from a trauma-informed lens with safety, care, compassion, and skilled guidance at the core-- helping you move beyond long-held trauma imprints and live a life in closer alignment to your values and desires.
Psychedelic Facilitation & Integration
What Is Psychedelic Facilitation?
Psychedelic facilitation is a structured, trauma-informed approach that supports individuals in preparing for and integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness. This work involves the intentional use of psychedelic substances—within legal, ceremonial, or personal healing contexts—to support emotional insight, neurobiological healing, and psychological growth.

Facilitators guide clients through a three-part process: preparation, the experience, and integration. This model has shown promise in supporting individuals with depression, PTSD, anxiety, addiction, and patterns of disconnection, particularly when other approaches have fallen short.

Why Psychedelics?
Modern research, alongside centuries of traditional use, points to psychedelics’ capacity to enhance neural plasticity, increase emotional openness, and foster a sense of interconnectedness. In safe, supportive containers, these experiences can bring repressed material to the surface, catalyze breakthroughs, and reorient people toward meaning, purpose, and connection.

However, psychedelics are not a one-size-fits-all solution. A skilled facilitator will assess readiness, screen for contraindications, and co-create a framework for safe exploration.

Preparation and Intention Setting
Prior to any psychedelic session, clients work with a facilitator to explore their mental health history, define therapeutic goals, and establish a sense of psychological safety. This preparatory phase includes setting intentions, clarifying expectations, and learning grounding and regulation techniques that support resilience during the altered state.

During the Session
In supported psychedelic journeys, the facilitator holds a non-intrusive, attuned presence—offering emotional support, tracking nervous system responses, and maintaining a grounded container. The facilitator is not there to interpret or interfere, but to create a safe space for the client’s inner healing intelligence to guide the process.

Integration and Meaning-Making
Following the experience, the integration phase is where transformation truly takes root. The facilitator supports the client in unpacking insights, regulating overwhelming material, and applying new awareness to everyday life. This phase often includes somatic practices, reflective dialogue, and co-creation of next steps toward healing and embodiment.
